Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, is for an Assistant Sales Manager at SOBHA Ltd. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful closure of deals. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities to present sales proposals and maintain professional client relationships
- Knowledge of market trends, real estate industry standards, and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage a fast-paced work environment
- Proven experience and a strong track record in real estate sales are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
