Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Handle key accounts and ensure long-term relationship management with major clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and customer needs.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Ensure proper secondary sales tracking and stock availability at distributor level.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Support implementation of marketing and promotional activities in the region.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in sealants, adhesives, construction chemicals, paints or related industries.
- Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and expand customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented approach with focus on achieving targets.
