THE ROLE
We are seeking a Paid Search Associate Director who can confidently lead client relationships while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on management. You’ll be responsible for guiding client strategy, overseeing performance, and ensuring flawless execution of paid search campaigns from end to end.
The ideal candidate thrives in a client‑facing role, can distill data into actionable insights, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary client contact for paid search strategy and performance discussions.
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities tailored to client goals.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation across accounts.
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, including account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Actively manage campaigns and monitor performance across Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Establish testing frameworks and innovation pipelines to continuously improve results.
- Translate insights into actionable next steps that drive measurable client impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients – diving into the “why” behind the data.
- Recommend testing strategies, budget allocation shifts, and bid strategy adjustments based on performance trends.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant paid search experience.
- Hands‑on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+.
- Experience with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred but not required
- Experience with GA4.
- Experience with Shopping, Vehicle Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on location and experience.
