Job Description
Overview A highly respected property consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious rural estates, delivering expert advice and managing a diverse portfolio of projects including estate reviews, diversification, and renewable energy initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as principal agent for a selection of key estate clients.
Conduct estate and farming business reviews. Lead and support rural diversification and renewable energy projects. Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
Manage and lead a sub-team within a larger high-performing group. Maintain and grow a strong client base. Ideal Candidate Profile MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with broad project experience.
Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Confident communicator with a flexible and composed approach.
Discreet and professional, with a clear understanding of confidentiality. Qualifications & Experience MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred). CAAV membership is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working to deadlines in a professional environment.
