Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewThe Company hires and trains individuals with less than one year of experience and enters them into our Driver Training Program. Associate Drivers receive training and coaching and perform driver duties that allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a professional driver position. Responsibilities Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!Shift: Full Time, Driver Relief, Monday-Friday, 4am startBenefits: Union, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, VacationHourly Pay: $28.00If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position responsibilities:  The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicleThis role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and cartsDrivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truckYou will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperworkOther duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:  0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience Must be at least 21 years oldMust possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the militaryMust be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds Preferred Education and Experience:  High School Diploma or General Education Degree
