Job Title: AGM – Employee Benefits Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional with 6+ years of experience in corporate insurance sales, specifically in Employee Benefits, to drive business growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and acquire new corporate clients for Group Health, Group Term Life, and other employee benefit solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Coordinate with insurers for competitive quotes and customized solutions
- Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate/employee benefits insurance sales
- Strong client network and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
