🔍 Open Role: Associate Manager - Controllership

📍 Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

💼 Experience: 4-5 years

• Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and review of financial statements and schedules,
• Supporting statutory audits and coordinating with auditors,
• Managing month-end and year-end close processes,
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Handling intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis
• Driving process improvements and automation (e.g., Power Query / Excel)

What We’re Looking For:

• CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance).
• Strong knowledge of IND AS / IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience in audit support and dealing with external auditors.
• Hands on experience on Oracle Net suite is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
