About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property & Legal Coordination Associate to support our team in managing property-related updates, handling communication, and assisting with basic legal documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work across multiple functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management SupportMaintain and update property-related data, records, and reportsTrack property updates, leasing activity, and operational changesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates
Communication & CoordinationDraft and manage professional email communication with internal and external stakeholdersAssist in preparing reports, summaries, and updates for leadershipEnsure clear and consistent communication across teams
Legal SupportAssist in reviewing and organizing legal documents (leases, agreements, etc.)Coordinate with legal teams or external counsel when requiredMaintain proper documentation and version control of legal filesSupport basic compliance and documentation requirements
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Business, Communications, or related field1-4 years of relevant experience in property management, legal support, or coordination rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good to HaveExperience in real estate or property managementExposure to lease agreements or legal documentationExperience working with US-based clients or teams
