Role Description

This is a Senior Associate and 2 Associate position (Litigation team) based in Bengaluru.

Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and vet legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and noticesConduct legal research and prepare case briefsRepresent clients before courts, tribunals, and other forums (as required)Assist in litigation strategy and case managementLiaise with clients, counsel, and court officialsSupport senior advocates in hearings and client advisory workEnsure timely filing and compliance with procedural requirements

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong legal research and analytical skillsExpertise in draftingPQE - 3 to 5 yearsExceptional communication and client management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamBachelor's degree in law (LLB) and professional certification to practice law in IndiaReading and writing Kannada is an added advantageStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred SkillsExposure to civil, commercial, or corporate mattersFamiliarity with ADR mechanisms (mediation/arbitration)Strong organizational and time-management abilities
