About the Team:The Shopee COO Office drives business growth and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities, tracking key metrics and implementing initiatives to boost commercial performance. Through analysis, benchmarking and industry research, they refine strategies, optimise processes, track performance and collaborate with local markets in Asia to improve performance and drive proactive growth strategies. Job Description:Identify areas of growth and cost optimisation followed by developing and ensuring the execution of initiatives to drive commercial impactConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to address the key issues and develop actionable solutionsConduct outside research on industry best practices and create plans on leveraging that for ShopeeUnderstand marketing, business development and other commercial key objectives and critical success levers, and continuously optimising strategies, designs, reporting and planning processesMonitor performance of key metrics across Asia markets by working with local markets to identify gaps, followed by an improvement strategy and implementation proactively Requirements:At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field0-2 years of experience in a high-performing organisation or as a generalist management consultantPrevious experience in b2c internet/e-commerce marketing, retail, or FMCG marketing is a plusStrong analytical, critical thining, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgroundsAbility to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a diverse and dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in complex project management
