Role SummaryThe Assistant Manager - HR will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (70%) along with supporting HR generalist functions (30%). The role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Acquisition (70%)Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.Understand manpower requirements in coordination with hiring managers.Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Prepare and release offer letters; manage onboarding formalities.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring policies.
B. HR Generalist (30%)Support onboarding and induction of new employees.Maintain employee records and HR documentation in inhouse HRMS.Assist in employee engagement activities.Address employee queries and ensure policy compliance.
Candidate ProfileMBA in HR3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in IT companyGood knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.Experience handling HRMS software
