Pollart Miller LLC is an established law firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Our practice areas include Administrative and Licensing Law, Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, General Insurance Law, Labor and Employment Law, Subrogation and Recovery, and Workers’ Compensation. We are currently searching for a tenacious, perceptive attorney to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of workers’ compensation cases for our Utah client base with 2-4 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities Excellent communication, calendar, deadline, and time‑management skills, and good billing habits. Demonstrate case‑management skills. Exhibit strong analytical skills.

Adapt to the fast pace of workers’ compensation defense and manage multiple tasks. Multi‑state licensing is a plus; we are willing to mentor and train new team members.
