Compensation We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, with up to $200,000 in on‑target earnings. The final salary will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. Commission structure is uncapped, providing unlimited earning potential.

Who We're Looking For The Automotive Digital Marketing Sales Executive will be charged with managing the sales process from the initial call to closing business with new prospects. You’ll be part of a consultative sales process that requires engagement with decision makers at automotive dealerships. Our sales executives often challenge prospects with new ideas and ways in which our portfolio of analytics‑driven digital marketing services will lead to growth and increased revenue. The ideal candidate recognizes that our offering is a service‑oriented solution and understands how our services benefit our clients.
Forget restrictive territories. As an Automotive Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you’ll partner directly with our Sales Enablement team to build a highly targeted and strategic prospect list, focusing on highest‑potential accounts. Your volume will reflect market opportunity and population density. You will continuously refine and optimize this list with Sales Operations to maximize success.
A Day in the Life
Drive outreach based on a curated list of dealer prospect targets, developed with Sales Operations to maximize impact.
Prospect via cold calls and emails.
Maintain high daily activity: calls, presentations, proposals, and follow‑ups.
Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and develop account‑specific strategies.
Deliver tailored virtual sales presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
Track all sales activity in HubSpot.
Focus on closing new business.
This is a remote position. You may have the opportunity to develop business outside your immediate geographic area.
Requirements
5+ years of demonstrated sales success: prospecting, lead discovery, and winning business.
Ability to demonstrate value: recognize that our offering is a service‑oriented solution; understanding how our services benefit clients is crucial.
Experience working in the automotive industry—particularly within a dealership—is a strong plus. Knowledge of dealership operations and key decision makers is beneficial.
Experience prospecting through cold calls and emails in a high-volume sales environment, with a proven ability to maintain consistent daily outreach activity.
Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and have access to a motor vehicle.
Required to travel as needed.
3+ years of CRM experience—ability to maintain a highly organized sales pipeline.
Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team.
Nice to Haves
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Google Analytics certification.
3+ years experience selling digital marketing or related services.
3+ years experience selling into the automotive industry.
3+ years of HubSpot CRM experience.
