Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to join our dealership team and lead the delivery of a first-class customer financing experience. In this role, you’ll structure vehicle deals, secure approvals, ensure compliance, and drive profitability through finance and insurance (F&I) product performance—while maintaining a transparent, customer-focused process. Role Summary · Manage the full F&I process from deal structure to funding, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance. · Present financing and protection products in a clear, consultative manner aligned with customer needs. · Partner with Sales and Management to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction. · Maintain relationships with lenders and ensure competitive financing options.
Key Responsibilities · Structure and finalize retail and lease transactions, including rate quotes, terms, and product selection. · Submit credit applications, obtain lender approvals, and finalize funding packages. · Accurately prepare and review contracts and disclosures (retail installment, lease agreements, titling docs, lender stipulations). · Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and lender requirements (privacy, adverse action, OFAC, fair lending, etc.). · Maintain documentation standards and support internal/external audits. · Drive F&I performance metrics: product penetration, PVR, chargeback management, and funding timelines. · Coach and collaborate with Sales Consultants to improve deal quality and customer experience. · Reconcile and track contracts in transit, resolve funding issues quickly, and follow up on missing stipulations. · Support menu selling and process improvements to increase transparency and consistency. Required Qualifications · 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager (F&I) experience preferred (or equivalent dealership finance experience). · Proven track record of meeting performance goals and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. · Strong understanding of dealership lending, compliance requirements, and contract documentation. · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to a compliant, customer-first process. · Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and/or drug screening (per dealership policy).
