The right candidate can make $200K+ based on performance, with no income cap. Compensation & Opportunity $200,000+ annual earning potential Clear performance expectation: 1,500+ PVR Full dealership benefits package Strong product lineup : VSC, GAP, Combo, Maintenance, Tire & Wheel, Appearance, and more Full training, onboarding, and development support Stable, established franchise dealership group with strong leadership Who We’re Looking For REQUIRED: Documented track record of $1,500+ PVR in a franchise dealership Strong menu presentation skills & full compliance discipline Excellent customer communication and objection handling Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proven references from prior F&I leadership (GSM/GM/Dealer) PREFERRED: Automotive sales background Mortgage, banking, or financial product sales experience Bachelor’s degree (not required) Position Summary As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you will: Present and secure financing options for every customer Sell and explain 100% of products to 100% of customers Maintain exceptional product penetration and PVR performance Ensure full compliance with all state and dealership standards Manage lender relationships, approvals, and funding Handle accurate paperwork, titling, contracts, and lender CIT Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize gross on every deal Provide daily reporting and monthly penetration summaries Play an active role in the sales process and ongoing team training You will represent the dealership professionally while protecting the store, the customer, and the lenders through compliant processes and accurate documentation.
