What You’ll Do Structure and finalize vehicle financing and leasing deals Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.) Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and lender regulations Work closely with sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Accurately complete all paperwork and funding processes in a timely manner Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) Prior F&I experience required Strong knowledge of lending practices, compliance, and dealership systems High level of integrity and professionalism Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Dealer Track experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation plan (base + commission) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Ongoing training and career development A supportive, family-oriented dealership culture Why Razzari Ford?
