Pay: $65,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with high energy and help them navigate their car-buying journey from start to finish

• Become an expert on our product lineups to help customers find their perfect match

• Show off what our vehicles can do by leading exciting, informative test drives

• Keep in touch with past customers to ensure they’re happy and to keep them coming back to "their" car person

• Follow up with leads and stay on top of your game to consistently hit (and crush!) your sales goals

• Handle the "behind-the-scenes" work, from credit apps and paperwork to staying on top of your emails and calls

• Jump in on administrative tasks and other dealership needs to keep the wheels turning smoothly

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Saturdays

• 21+ years old

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a major plus

• Superior service and follow-up skills to make every guest feel at home

• Driven to hit goals and ready to hustle

• Clear, professional verbal and written skills (Bilingual is a plus!)

• Sharp typing skills and a process-driven mindset

• Always maintain a professional look and attitude
