Seeking a seasoned Principal Data PM/Architect with over 15 years of experience to lead data architecture initiatives and drive strategic data solutions
Job Description
Design develop and implement comprehensive data architecture frameworks aligned with business objectives Define data models standards and best practices to ensure data consistency and quality across the organization Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data solutions and optimize data flow Evaluate emerging data technologies and tools to enhance data architecture capabilities Lead the development of scalable and secure data platforms supporting analytics and operational needs Provide expert guidance on data governance metadata management and data lifecycle management Mentor and guide data architects and engineers to build robust data solutions Drive innovation in data architecture to support digital transformation and business growth
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprisewide data architecture strategies Establish and enforce data architecture standards policies and best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions Oversee data modeling database design and data integration efforts Ensure data quality security and compliance with regulatory requirements Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for datarelated projects Coordinate with data engineering analytics and IT teams to ensure seamless data operations Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the data architecture roadmap Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and data professionals
