Azure DevOps Platform Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Azure Support multiple application environments (dev, test, UAT, pre‑prod) Support application deployments and release activities Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines Improve platform reliability, scalability, and standardization Implement platform security controls and compliance measures Embed security best practices into CI/CD and infrastructure automation Contribute to secure-by-design cloud architecture Monitor platform performance, capacity, and usage trends (excluding RUN) Proactively identify platform risks and improvement opportunities Support development teams during delivery activities Work closely with backend, DevOps, and technical leadership teams Contribute to continuous improvement of platform processes and tooling PROFILE Minimum 6- 12 years experience as DevOps Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as: o Terraform o Ansible Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or similar) Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments Experience with MongoDB Atlas is a strong plus Exposure to cloud networking, security, and identity concepts Strong automation and security mindset Experience working in offshore delivery models Proactive problem‑solver with good collaboration skills Comfortable supporting development teams in fast‑paced delivery environments
