About the Role:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to design and build scalable Agentic AI systems powering intelligent automation. The role involves developing backend services, implementing LLM/RAG workflows, and building production-grade AI-driven platforms integrated with enterprise systems.
Must-Have Skills
- Engineering Degree with 7+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI platforms.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of secure coding and production system reliability.
- Agentic architecture, tool-calling frameworks, or semantic search systems.
- Experience with enterprise LLM integrations and knowledge ingestion pipelines.
