The PositionWe are looking for a SMART BI engineer to lead the complete overhaul of our reporting ecosystem. We need a domain expert in P&C Insurance who can step into a data-rich environment, modernize our legacy reporting, and turn raw data into high-stakes business intelligence that drives our Underwriting, Claims, and Finance decisions.

As our Senior Power BI Lead, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our BI strategy. You would aim to Deliver fantastic, decision-grade dashboards that tell a story, building this with AI and ensure an AI led development and usage.

ResponsibilitiesAudit and transform our current reporting landscape into a modern, scalable, and high-performance Power BI ecosystem.Build "Gold Standard" semantic models using advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL.Drive Domain Strategy: Partner with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance leaders to define and track complex KPIs (Loss Ratios, Policy Retention, Claims Leakage, etc.).Create executive-grade visualizations that provide "at-a-glance" insights for senior leadership.Ensure lightning-fast report performance and robust data refreshes even with massive, multi-source datasets.

Requirements: Skills & Competencies8+ years in BI/Analytics with a master-level command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M).Deep P&C Domain Knowledge: This is non-negotiable. You understand the nuances of Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Lifecycle data.Data Integrity: A high bar for data governance, accuracy, and enterprise-level reliability.The "Consultant" Mindset: The ability to challenge the status quo, ask the right questions, and influence stakeholders.
