2) Prepare and manage an annual Finance/Accounting & Internal Control action plan.

3) Create Finance/Accounting & Internal Control budget and mid-term business plan.

4) Analyze the company's performance and current status, accurately report to management,

and propose improvements as necessary.

5) Manage cash flow and coordinate with financial institutions to procure funds as needed.

7) File tax returns and pay taxes.
