About Extension ArchitectureExtension Architecture is a UK-based architectural practice specialising in residential extensions, renovations, and interior design solutions. We work closely with homeowners across the UK to deliver practical, buildable, and well-coordinated design solutions.Our Bangalore office supports the UK team across architecture, interiors, tender documentation, and BIM development. We are currently looking for a BIM Modeller to join our Interior and Tender Team to help strengthen our drawing standards, modelling workflows, and documentation quality.

Role OverviewThe BIM Modeller will work closely with the Interior and Tender team to develop, maintain, and implement BIM standards across projects. The role will involve preparing coordinated models, developing drawing templates, improving documentation standards, and supporting tender-ready deliverables.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured BIM environment and wants to contribute to developing systems and workflows within a growing international practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modelling & DocumentationDevelop and maintain BIM models for residential architectural and interior projectsPrepare coordinated Revit models for tender and construction documentationCreate and manage project templates and familiesEnsure model accuracy, consistency, and coordination across disciplinesSupport the preparation of tender documentation setsDrawing & BIM StandardsDevelop and maintain drawing standards for the Interior and Tender teamCreate and update BIM execution workflows and documentation guidelinesMaintain naming conventions, view templates, sheets, and model organisationStandardise detail libraries and component libraries

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related field2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling preferred (flexible based on skill level)Strong proficiency in Autodesk RevitGood understanding of architectural documentation and construction drawings
