Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 1 and 6 month retention bonuses – Hybrid Location: Jacksonville, FL Setting: Clinic-Based About UsBloom is a multispecialty, clinic-based practice owned and operated by a practicing BCBA. We provide programs within the ABA, Speech, OT, and Feeding departments catering to individuals from early intervention through young adulthood. Our environment is clinically focused and sustainable, allowing BCBAs to do meaningful work without being pushed to maximize billable hours at the expense of quality or work-life balance.
The RoleWe are seeking clinicians who value clinical autonomy and want to focus on quality care and long-term sustainability. This role is a hybrid position; while services are primarily in-person in the Jacksonville area, we offer flexible scheduling with select work-from-home days and remote parent training options. Why Bloom is DifferentCapped Caseloads: Caseloads are manageable and capped at typically 6-8 clients, so you can focus on quality rather than volume.
Non Medicaid Clinic: As a non-Medicaid practice, we offer fewer documentation burdens, greater salary stability, and less time defending care decisions. No Crisis Behaviors: We specialize in early childhood development, social skills, and feeding treatment. We do not take clients requiring crisis support.
No Administrative Burden: BCBAs have zero administrative responsibilities. A dedicated admin department handles scheduling, cancellations, payer support, and RBT support staff. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a predictable schedule with no evenings or weekends.
We have no unrealistic productivity quotas and no productivity penalties. Clinical Autonomy: You have the freedom to make decisions based on what is best for your clients, rather than what maximizes billing. Clinical Support: We provide paid peer reviews, interdisciplinary collaboration, and Senior BCBA mentorship.
