About the Role
As an on-call BCBA with Point Quest Group, you’ll serve as a critical behavioral expert supporting school teams when students need it most. You’ll step in to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that create meaningful, measurable change.

What Youll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
Develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student needs and educational goals
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to implement effective behavior strategies
Provide consultation and coaching to school staff to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
What Were Looking For
Must Have
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school-based settings
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs
Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience supporting K–12 students with diverse behavioral needs
Familiarity with Illinois special education regulations
Strong consultation and staff training experience
