Body Electronics LeadLocation: Pune / BangaloreExperience: 10-12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Body Electronics Lead with strong expertise in automotive body electronics systems, system architecture, and cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities: Lead body electronics system development (BCM, lighting, access, comfort & security), own system requirements & architecture, drive EE/software integration across ECUs, manage supplier discussions & issue resolution, ensure compliance with OEM/regulatory standards, support validation & diagnostics, oversee vehicle-level testing & integration, support SOP & production readiness, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor team members.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of body electronics architecture, CAN/LIN network integration, system requirements & validation, debugging, diagnostics (UDS/DTC), flashing concepts, ISO 26262 awareness, and issue tracking.

️ Tools: CANoe/CANalyzer, diagnostic & flashing tools, DOORS/Polarion (preferred). Preferred: OEM/Tier1 experience, exposure to global platforms, cybersecurity knowledge in body electronics, strong stakeholder management. Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech - Automotive / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
