Boutique Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager

CH Carolina Herrera MBS BoutiqueResponsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service following the company customer experience protocol- Maintaining and developing the store Client book (sales after care)- Replenishing the products on the sales floor as outlined in the company procedures whilst respecting the visual merchandising standards- Achieving daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPI's as defined by the company- Assisting with merchandising and inventory activities.- Keeping the sales floor and store image neat, organized, clean and stocked- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently- Complying with all sales related policies and procedures

For Manager applicants: This position is not a back-office, management only position. You should raise the sales with your staffs and always in the sales floor.

Requirements:Minimum 2~year experience of management in fashion retail luxury storesPassion for fashionOrientation to results and the clients satisfactionExcellent communication and negotiation skillsManager applicants: At least 1 years of management experience.

Competences:Interpersonal communicationLanguage skills are preferred (Chinese, English, etc.)
