Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:Drive business performance across funding, financing, and fee-based incomePlan and execute business expansion strategies based on branch portfolioMaintain and improve the quality of branch financingEnsure operational excellence and high-quality customer serviceLead, manage, and develop the branch team while collaborating with related units Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Management)Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent role in the banking industryStrong leadership, financial analysis, and communication skillsSolid understanding of retail banking businessProficiency in foreign languages is a plus (especially Mandarin/Hokkien)
