Overview

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, drive new business, and oversee construction project execution. This role is responsible for full P&L performance, team leadership, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including project execution and financial performance
• Drive business development and grow client relationships
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Lead, mentor, and develop field and office teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction management experience with a proven track record of winning and delivering projects
• Strong proficiency in construction management software, scheduling, and budgeting
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills

Compensation

• $200,000 base salary
• Bonus tied to EBITDA performance
