Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Manager who will own and shape the brand narrative across channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will be responsible for building a strong, consistent brand identity while driving awareness, consideration, and preference in a highly competitive consumer category.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on - someone who can define the brand vision and also execute campaigns end-to-end.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the overall brand strategy in line with business and growth objectivesDevelop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, offline, retail, and performance channelsLead brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice across touchpointsWork closely with creative, content, social media, influencer marketing, and performance teams to ensure brand consistencyPartner with product, category, and CX teams to launch new products and collectionsOwn brand calendars, seasonal campaigns, and key launchesTrack and analyse brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, SOV, etc.)Manage brand budgets and ensure high ROI on brand spendsWork with external agencies (creative, media, PR) and manage deliverables effectivelyConduct consumer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify insights and opportunities What You'll Bring3-7 years of experience in brand marketing (D2C, consumer brands, retail, or FMCG preferred)Strong understanding of brand building across online and offline channelsProven experience in campaign planning and executionExcellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performanceExperience working with agencies and cross-functional internal teamsHigh ownership, agility, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
