Job Description
To strengthen Häfele’s brand presence and customer engagement through creative and integrated marketing initiatives. The Brand & Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for planning and executing both digital and offline marketing activities. From planning campaigns, managing events, and handling KOL & brand collaborations, to engaging directly with customers through showroom visits, social media interaction, and digital channels, with the goal of building leads and driving business opportunities.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor brand activation campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.Manage end-to-end events, from concept, vendor coordination, to execution and reporting.Develop and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) that reflects Häfele’s tone and valuesAnalyze online engagement metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR) and implement strategies to improve results.Identify and generate new leads through events, social media interaction, website inquiries, and partnershipsTrack and report campaign results, including leads generated, event turnout, engagement rate, and web traffic growth. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related fieldHaving work experience of at least 2 years of experience in brand activation, digital marketing, or customer management (preferably in building material industry, furniture, home appliances or similarAbility to balance creativity with commercial objectivesExperience in handling both offline events and online campaign with Customer-Centric Mindset. Always focused on creating value and great experiences for customersWilling to be placed at Head Office, BSD.
Willing to travel intensively.
