About the RoleThis position supports communication strategies, brand visibility, and employee engagement, ensuring that SCG’s values of innovation, sustainability, and leadership are consistently represented across all channels. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport communication campaigns that highlight SCG’s businesses in cement, packaging, and trading, as well as our sustainability commitments.Draft press releases, corporate announcements, and content for internal and external platforms.Manage internal communications channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, employee updates) to strengthen engagement.Assist in event planning and execution, including corporate events, CSR activities, and media gatherings.Coordinate with regional teams to align messaging with SCG’s brand and corporate identity.Monitor media coverage and prepare communication performance reports.Collaborate with marketing and HR teams on employer branding and recruitment communications. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.0–4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media.Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Comfortable working with digital platforms and content management tools.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
