Business Analyst – Data Validation & UAT
Plantation, FL | 12-Month Assignment
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise data and technology initiatives. This role will focus on business validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end process testing, and data validation to ensure solutions align with business requirements, workflows, and operational expectations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience bridging business and technical teams while ensuring delivered solutions meet both functional and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Develop and execute end-to-end testing scenarios across systems and business workflows
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across upstream and downstream systems
- Identify, document, and support resolution of defects and testing gaps
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational needs
- Support validation planning, testing coordination, and post-go-live transition activities
- Help establish repeatable validation and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with UAT, business validation, and end-to-end testing
- Experience working with business process flows and system integrations
- Understanding of data validation and data quality concepts
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting, or analytics initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to operational support or data lifecycle processes
