Business Analyst

Location: US / Remote (as applicable)

Looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, data analysis, and Agile delivery. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support delivery across the SDLC.

• Gather and document business & functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps/inefficiencies, and propose solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support planning, feasibility studies, and solution design
• Create functional specs, use cases, workflow and data flow diagrams
• Support QA/UAT by defining test scenarios and validating requirements
• Create ad-hoc and standard reports using financial and operational data
• Track and report KPIs and delivery metrics
• Assist senior technology staff in determining the direction of current and future programming/systems initiatives
• Contribute to the success of mission critical, complex, and large system projects
• Conduct independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements
• Recommend innovations which enhance operations and functionality of systems
• 57 years of diverse experience in systems analysis, design, and programming

• 35 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC
• Experience with UML, process mapping, and data analysis
• Ability to perform cost-benefit and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Exposure to Product Management practices
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
