Contract Duration: 6 Months with extensions/conversion

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead discovery efforts, partner closely with stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting Agile delivery teams, establishing foundational Agile practices, and driving clarity in early-stage initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The ideal candidate is a confident facilitator, proactive problem-solver, and strong communicator who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements in close collaboration with development teams.
• Support Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within Scrum teams.
• Document business processes, requirements, and user stories with clarity and precision.
• Drive conversations with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover needs and define solutions.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and AI-enhanced features to manage and create user stories efficiently.
• Help establish foundational Agile practices in preparation for onboarding Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product and business analysis, with a strong grasp of core BA responsibilities.
• Confident facilitator with the ability to lead meetings and drive stakeholder collaboration.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum team dynamics.
• Proficiency in Jira and comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and proactive—able to take initiative and ownership beyond task execution.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to guide early-stage requirement sessions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving structures in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or banking operations is a plus.
