What You’ll Do

• Support the US Securities Lending Middle Office and Operations team, providing coverage to the Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds, and Equity Financing trading desks.
• Take ownership of daily risk items, including prioritization, reporting, collateralization of high‑value exposures, and resolution of settlement exceptions.
• Process operational activities such as recall requests, wire inputs, journal entries, and reconciliation break resolution.
• Assist with pre-matching future‑dated trades, agreeing cash values with external clients, updating internal systems, moving cash payments in the market, and ensuring timely settlement.
• Work independently with limited direction to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging in‑house systems and awareness of external market and regulatory factors.
• Adapt to changing business demands and priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operational environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a securities lending operations team (preferred but not required).

Pay: $22 - $24/hr
