Now Hiring: Business Analyst – Transmission Engineering We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Transmission Engineering team, focusing on schedule analysis, adherence, and resource leveling. This role plays a key part in ensuring project timelines are accurate, resources are optimized, and reporting provides clear insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate activity dates across multiple Transmission Engineering teams to maintain schedule alignment Develop and deliver reports on schedule adherence and resource leveling for management Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management (PM) and Project Controls (PCS) teams to adjust schedules and resolve inconsistencies Support resource assignments within Primavera P6 (P6) Implement and maintain workload analysis and tracking mechanisms Perform additional related duties as assigned by management Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Primavera P6 (P6), Power BI, and advanced Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills
