Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations and processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct analysis of business processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop strategies, and implement solutions.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.

- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to leadership.

- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

- Experience with healthcare data and systems preferred.

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
