Job Description
Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant IV to join their team. As a Business Analyst/Consultant IV, you will be part of the Bureau of Aeronautics supporting Airport Financial Management and Airport Project Management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify and document business and technical requirements for airport financial and project management systems.
Create wireframes and prototypes to support solution design and development.
Act as a liaison between the Bureau of Aeronautics and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Perform quality assurance activities, including planning, execution, and bug resolution across development phases.
Develop comprehensive solution documentation to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in business analysis, including creating use cases, user stories, and defining operational requirements.
Experience performing data analysis using Oracle databases, SQL, or query tools.
Proven ability to analyze and document solution components and functions.
Experience creating detailed requirement documents, including functional and non-functional specifications.
Strong background in quality assurance, from planning to bug resolution during development cycles.
