Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing Business Development Lead - Website & SEO to drive growth for our Website Development and SEO services vertical.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital sales, a good understanding of website development solutions (corporate websites, ecommerce platforms, CMS platforms), and SEO services, along with a proven ability to acquire new clients and scale business accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition for Website Development and SEO servicesIdentify, prospect, and close high-value website development and organic growth mandatesBuild and maintain a strong strategic sales pipeline across industriesUnderstand client business challenges and propose customized website and SEO solutionsManage the entire sales lifecycle including pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closureCreate insight-driven sales presentations, proposals, and growth roadmapsCollaborate with technology, SEO, strategy, and creative teams to build strong client proposalsBuild and nurture relationships with CXOs, founders, and marketing leadersDrive cross-selling and upselling opportunities for digital transformation and performance marketing services
Requirements4-6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably in digital services)Strong understanding of website development platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or custom buildsGood knowledge of SEO including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and performance metricsProven track record of client acquisition and revenue generationExperience working with digital agencies or tech-enabled marketing firms is preferredStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsConfident, outgoing personality with strong influencing and relationship-building skillsHighly motivated with strong commercial and business acumen
