Business Development Manager (Growth Manager) – Recruiting executive appointments across the Home Counties. This role focuses on expanding the advisor network in the Netherlands and supporting growth through outreach and partnerships.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, proactive Growth Manager to help us expand our advisor network in the Netherlands. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — identifying, engaging, and bringing on board independent wealth managers and advisory firms who can benefit from joining our ecosystem. This is an exciting role for someone with a commercial mindset and strong people skills who’s eager to grow quickly with a business that’s shaking up the traditional wealth landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing & Outreach: Research and approach independent wealth managers, IFAs, and small firms who could benefit from our platform, partnership model, or M&A offering.
- Engagement: Build trust and develop relationships with founders, partners, or decision-makers in advisory businesses.
- Pitching Value: Clearly communicate the advantages of joining our platform — whether for operational support, tech adoption, succession planning, or growth.
- Pipeline Management: Keep track of prospects and progress via CRM and internal tools.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry shifts, advisor pain points, and opportunities to position our offering more effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our local and international teams across onboarding, legal, product, and marketing.
What We're Looking For
We’re open to profiles from various backgrounds. You could be:
- A recruiter, BDR, or consultant with experience selling services or building relationships in the financial world
- Someone from a financial advisory or wealth management background who wants to pivot into a more entrepreneurial growth role
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Commercial curiosity – you’re interested in how businesses grow and make decisions
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and happy taking initiative
- Fluent in Dutch, and comfortable in English
- Some knowledge of the financial advisory/wealth management landscape is a plus, but not a must
