Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: Chicago, IL

What You’ll Do

• Self-generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in international freight.
• Sell Air and/or Ocean freight services to prospective clients.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted logistics partner.
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets while expanding our footprint in the market.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience selling Air and/or Ocean freight services.
• Hunter mentality – you are motivated by generating your own leads and closing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
