Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager OEM & Advanced Manufacturing to accelerate growth and strengthen Feronyl’s position as a strategic partner for complex industrial projects.
This role is central to the company’s development and combines:
New business development (~60%)
Technical project sales (6–12 month cycles)
Key account management
You will operate at the interface between clients, engineering, and production, transforming technical needs into innovative, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new OEM clients across target industries (aerospace, defense, energy, pharma, etc.)
Leverage your network and build long-term partnerships
Actively prospect and meet clients
Contribute to new business target
Technical Project Sales
Analyze client specifications, plans, and technical constraints
Co-build solutions with internal engineering teams (design, simulations, materials)
Coordinate feasibility, prototyping, and industrialization phases
Build tailored proposals (pricing, margins, timelines)
Manage complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months)
You will sell solutions, not products:
From design optimization and simulation to manufacturing of advanced materials and components
Key Account Management
Develop and grow strategic OEM accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration
Identify new applications and cross-selling opportunities
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with:
Engineering & R&D teams (multi-physics simulations, materials expertise)
Production & industrial teams
Sales leadership (validation process)
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
Your Profile
Experience
Proven experience in technical sales / project sales in an industrial environment
Strong exposure to OEM clients and engineering-driven industries
Experience with:
Injection molding / tooling / composites / metals / electromechanics
Or complex manufacturing environments
Core Competencies
Strong hunter mindset with business development focus
Ability to sell custom-engineered solutions (non-catalog)
Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Autonomous, structured, and results-driven
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, or equivalent)
Strong technical affinity is essential
