Role Summary Your job is simple — turn marketing data into clarity. What’s working, what’s not, where we’re wasting money, and what to do next. We don’t want reports.
We want decisions backed by data. What You Will Own 1. Data Tracking & Reporting Track every lead across channels — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Organic, Referral Build daily, weekly, monthly visibility No gaps, no guesswork — numbers should match reality 2.
Dashboards (Real-Time) Build clean, simple dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI) Show what actually matters: Leads by city CPL by channel Conversion rates Funnel drop-offs Anyone should be able to look at it and understand performance in 2 minutes 3. Lead Quality (This is critical) Not all leads are equal — you need to prove that with data Identify: Which channels bring high-quality leads Which campaigns are burning money Work closely with pre-sales & sales to improve targeting 4. Performance Insights (Your real value) You should be answering questions like: Why did Chennai CPL go up this week?
Which campaign is actually driving bookings? Where are we losing leads in the funnel? If marketing asks questions, you should already have answers. 5.
Forecasting & Planning Predict how many leads we need to hit revenue targets Define budget needed per city Help drive planning, not just report past data 6. CRM & Data Flow Ensure tracking is clean from Ads → CRM → Sales Fix attribution gaps Make sure data is reliable end-to-end KPIs (How we measure you) Accuracy of data Clarity of insights Reduction in wasted ad spend Impact of your recommendations What We Need 2–5 years in Marketing Analytics / BI Strong in Excel / Google Sheets (non-negotiable) Power BI / Tableau is a plus Understanding of funnels & attribution CRM experience (Zoho preferred) Who You Are You question decisions using data You don’t just report — you think and recommend You see patterns others miss You keep things simple and clear
