As a proactive Business Operations Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic Shared Services team, playing a hands‑on role in shaping how we deliver accurate, scalable, and reliable billing operations for enterprise customers.
You’ll work at the intersection of data, finance, and technology, owning complex B2B billing processes, interpreting service contracts, and transforming large datasets into clear insights through dashboards and reporting. This role offers meaningful exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Technical teams, while giving you the opportunity to standardize, automate, and improve processes that have real business impact.
This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of four (4) days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely one (1) day per week. With a hybrid schedule, you’ll be able to collaborate in person and build strong relationships with our team.
