Job Description:Relevant experience required 6 Months - 2 years working experience in Insurance domain .Gather and analyze business requirements specific to the insurance domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Knowledge of invoicing and invoicing process.Understand and interpret internal software and application functionalities to assess their alignment with business needs.Perform in-depth analysis to develop a clear and comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements.Collaborate closely with the offshore client team to gather requirements, validate feasibility, and coordinate implementation of non-technical changes aligned with business objectives.Support day-to-day business operations by performing accurate data entry and ensuring data integrity through cross-verification with source inputs.Document process workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of best practices and process enhancementsExcellent written and verbal communicationEducation Qualification:Minimum graduation - Maths/Stats/Actuarial preferred
