Respond to and resolve complex support tickets related to Efront modules.Act as the liaison between client teams and internal Accounting/Operations for onboarding clients onto TMF's Efront platform.Document the complete Efront configuration, fund setup parameters, workflows, and operational processes.Analyse, design, configure, and test closed-ended fund structures in Efront, including static data, financial data, capital activity workflows, and reporting requirements.Support Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping and assist with financial data migration between internal, client, and third-party systems.Coordinate with functional teams to ensure workflows meet client and regulatory requirements.Collaborate to ensure all required data points are captured for reporting, analytics, and calculation engines.Perform data testing, reconciliation, and validation for onboarded or migrated funds.Assist in preparing specifications for custom Efront reports, participate in UAT cycles, and support integration and interface setup.Provide expert Efront support and best-practice guidance to operational and accounting teams.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and standardization frameworks.Conduct detailed project handover sessions with Fund Accounting teams.Drive enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements across the Efront system landscape.
Qualifications & Skills:EducationBachelor's or master's degree in finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Professional qualifications preferred (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or relevant IT certifications).
Experience:05+ years of experience with Efront, fund administration platforms, or financial system implementations.Strong understanding of private equity/closed-ended fund structures, accounting principles, and migration processes.
Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with Efront (FrontInvest / FIA / FrontPM) modules.Strong skills in financial data migration, COA mapping, and reconciliation.Experience in custom reports and Efront integrations.Familiarity with ETL processes, data validation, and testing methodologies.Understanding operational and regulatory requirements for fund administration.
