🚀 Hiring: Buyer – EHS & Admin Services | Taloja K1
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Buyer specializing in Indirect Procurement (EHS and Admin Services) to join our team in Taloja.

📍 Location: Taloja navi mumbai 💼 Experience: 3+ years in procurement 🗣️ Language Requirements: Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory)
What You Will Do: You will be the driving force behind our indirect procurement operations, ensuring business continuity and cost efficiency. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and the contract lifecycle for critical facility and administrative categories, specifically focusing on:
- Admin & Facilities: Facility Management, Housekeeping, Canteen Services, and CCTV/Security Contracts.
- Transport & Logistics: Employee Transportation (Bus Vendors) and Logistics Contracts.
- HR & Manpower: Manpower Supply, Outsourcing Contracts, and Hiring Consultant Firms.
- Tech & General Services: IT/Software Contracts and general Service Agreements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate with, and onboard reliable vendors and service providers for the categories listed above.
- Drive cost optimization by analyzing market trends and securing long-term, high-value contracts.
- Ensure all vendor activities strictly comply with EHS regulations, statutory guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Admin, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and proactively manage any service disruptions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in procurement, specifically handling the Admin, Facility, and Manpower categories mentioned above.
- Language Skills: Exceptional communication skills with mandatory fluency in Marathi to effectively manage local vendors.
- Education: Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with E-Procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Ivalua).
- Attributes: Strong negotiator, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority contracts simultaneously.
