Pertemps Network Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable service provider seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Sales Advisor to join their friendly and high-performing team in Brentford.Location: Brentford, West London Job Type: Permanent | Full Time Salary: £25,500 per annum + Uncapped Commission + Competitive BenefitsShift Pattern: Monday- Friday (8.30-5.00 , 9.30-5.30, 9.30 - 6.00 and 10.30 - 7.00pm) and Both Saturday/Sunday ( Once Every 6 Weeks) This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys speaking with customers, delivering outstanding service, and achieving results. You will play a key role in supporting customers, generating sales, and contributing to overall team success within a supportive and professional call centre environment. The Role As a Call Centre Sales Advisor, you will manage both inbound and outbound enquiries, provide tailored solutions to customers, and help drive business growth through excellent customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound sales calls, delivering professional and engaging customer interactionsRespond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responsesBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customersMaintain excellent product and service knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and valueTailor quotations based on customer requirements and identify opportunities to upsell additional servicesProcess customer deposits and ensure all customer requirements are accurately recordedMaintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM systemSchedule follow-up calls to support sales conversion and customer satisfactionSupport reporting activities and contribute to team performance trackingEscalate complaints appropriately in line with company proceduresFollow all Health & Safety and company compliance requirementsCarry out additional duties as required to support the wider teamWe are looking for confident communicators with strong customer service and sales skills who can thrive in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Essential:Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Contact Centre environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customersExperience using Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to work under pressure and meet targets or deadlinesPositive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a teamDesirable:Previous complaint handling experienceExperience working with CRM systemsProven ability to achieve or exceed sales targetsPertemps Network Group welcomes applications from experienced Retail/Sales background looking to take the next step in their career.
