Become the backbone of Canco’s CEO as an Executive Assistant in Kelowna, BC, where your skills in organization and communication will drive efficiency. This full-time role calls for a motivated professional with a background in administration. In this position, you will manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritize tasks, and prepare materials for meetings.
Your ability to handle various administrative tasks, including travel coordination and event organization, will be crucial for the CEO's productivity. Building strong relationships and maintaining discretion with confidential information will be integral to your role.
